In a nice article prepared for Triple Punidit, Nithin Coca summarizes actions that were proposed to consolidate the Bay Area’s web of transportation agencies to pursue greater efficiency in transportation decision making and discusses why those actions failed. The actions continue to make sense today as population continues to rise.
