April marks 90 years of publishing for Arizona Highways magazine
Travel along with the magazine Arizona Highways with a tribute edition that will highlight nine decades of outstanding travel journalism. The editorial staff of the magazine has drawn upon the magazines roughly 1,100 issues pulling together an anniversary edition featuring words, photos, ads, maps, art and other material that were some of the most popular items ever published by the magazine. Favorite material is sorted by decade over the nine decades of publication.
To commemorate the ninety year anniversary, a digital 12-month subscription to Arizona Highways will be available on April 1 at the cost of just one dollar. This is the same price of a subscription to the magazine in 1925, the year it launched. Mark your calendars as this limited duration sale will begin at 8 a.m. on April 1 and last until midnight at arizonahighways.com. The special price for the digital subscription is limited to the first 10,000 customers on April 1. This is quite a special deal as the regular subscription price is $24.00 for 12 issues.
The TRB history committee and the Moving History blog would like to congratulate the staff at Arizona Highways for reaching this milestone and for nine decades of sharing the beauty of Arizona accessible via the states great highway system with readers in all 50 states and more than 120 countries around the world.
